b. Mucus Plug/Blocked airway
i. Suction once first
ii. If still blocked, change trach ASAP
iii. May need to use down size trach tube if original size does not pass (ie if the patient has a Pedi Shiley 3.5 then the down size is Pedi Shiley 3.0)
